    Our commitment to safety starts with the board of directors and flows down to every employee. The protection of our employees, our customers and subcontractors is the first consideration for all aspects of our daily activities and business decisions. Safety is paramount to what we do when we work on a project, therefore all supervisors and most field employees maintain the OSHA 30 certification.
  • Safety Professional Staffing Exceeds Industry Average:
    Kroeschell doubles the industry norm of one safety professional for every 100 employees. This allows our safety department to proactively provide training, ensures compliance, perform safety audits, protect our employees and customers, undertake incident investigations and discover best practices that help to avoid future incidents.
  • Online Safety University for all Kroeschell Employees:
    Kroeschell maintains an Online Safety University powered by ClickSafety. Within this portal, employees are assigned safety training and their progress is tracked. The university also boasts a private video channel for safety material and videos.
  • Implemented Safety Material Vending and Locker System:
    New vending system tracks and controls consumables including safety glasses, hard hats, respirators, etc. Locker system vends larger items and controls check-in and check-out of materials. Both systems require a user to enter a personal passcode, item number and job code. New system promotes the use of safety materials while controlling costs and increasing worker productivity.
